Decoy paint?

I have a jake mobile and I just ordered a pretty boy junior from wing supply because it was cheap and I am jonesing for turkey season and I want to repaint both heads to look better.  What paint works well for this?

I re-painted my b-mobiles head with the flat acrylic craft paint at Michael's worked out pretty good, durability was only about one season.
