ILIKEHEVI-13

It should be here next week.  Can't wait to try it out.  Wayne tells me it will throw right at 1000yds under idea conditions.  It supposedly is one of the best well made flashlights on the market.  It weighs about 4lbs with batteries.

Thanks for looking.

It looks a lot like the last beast you posted. I'm impressed with your collection, even though its not my thing. I've had the same three lights for years.

This one should be my best LED thrower.  I'll take some beamshots after I get it.

Thanks for the comments.

You might be right.  I know I got a lot of money in them.  The batteries alone would be a lot of money.  But they can be recharged hundreds and hundreds of times.  Shelf life is probably like 10yrs just guessing.

Well the Fenix TK70 is one beast of of a flashlight.  I took a picture down the street tonite with it just to show how it will smoke a good bright set of car or truck headlights.

Now this in only a 1 sec shutter on manual exposure.  But look at how well it lights up the street.  And most of that is just spill from the light.  I'm actually aiming at the trees at the bottom of the hill at the end of the street.  It's right at 220yds or so to those trees.

And here's the TK70 at 475yds zoomed in quite a bit to show you how it does.  Same 1 sec shutter on manual exposure, f/4 ISO 400.

And here was the L3 Illumination K40(birthday present) I posted recently.

That K40 is the better way to go for less weight and length and smaller in size and still offers plenty of throw.
