1- how old is the computer you are using
2- what screen resolution you are currently set at?
9 out of 10 times, the older computers screen resolution simply is not 'high' enough
if you go into your settings and change your computer screen resolution, it usually fixes it, unless you have a very old computer that the highest setting they have, is still not high enough....
we have had a handful of members with this issue and are working on ANOTHER layout to hopefully resolve this for you...so just please be patient with me, if the changing of the screen resolution does not do the trick for you....
