Lanyards

Again many thanks guys...it's great to see customers and friends referring my lanyards.. Appreciate you guys and so thrilled you like your lanyards.

GSlam.....mine are cow leather, mechanically braided, with hand woven knots. I'm experimenting with other knots and dying 250lb test nylon for the drops. They are finished diameter about the size of a number two pencil. I'm charging 35 for one single or double drop includes beads, includes shipping. If you get three or more ill do them for 30. I can also add a braided neck band for 10 additional dollars to any lanyard. I do black, dark brown, saddle, or checkered.

I've also have weaved  in spurs and beads that people had their call makers make a matching bead. That's no charge, just send it to me. I also have some combo type land yards that can carry a trumpet and tube at the same time.

I figured out how to make this for the blue collar man on a budget, but still have the high quality leather look.

You don't need anyone to come to bat for you, it's obvious you make quality lanyards. I thought this thread was open to anyone who made lanyards, didn't know it was only for production guys. I'd like to suggest using a Pitzen knot for the mono tether you mentioned. I use it fly fishing and it's a great knot. You can leave a short tag and it will reopen easily too. Thanks for the info shared in your post.

No you cannot make lanyards, braiding hair does not apply.

Oh yeah it is open to all, sorry if it looks to be taking a different direction. Guess " coming to bat " is the wrong phrase. It's nice to see happy customers mentioning my name, is probably a better way of saying it. I'm not production, I make a few here and a few there for guys that want them.

Thanks for the knot recommendation. I'm trying to learn a few more to have a couple looks.
