Anyone know the average cost to get a receiver drilled and tapped?

When I had mine done I called 3 shops and the quotes were 55, 40, and 70 for 4 holes and the base

I went to the place that was $40

Around my local area it seems to be about 10 - 15 dollars per hole not counting the base.
