OH Man !  Now i know why my numbers were so low. I never understood to draw the circle AFTER i took the shot. My POA/POI is off also - about 5" high in a 1 o'clock direction. I can't adjust my moss 535 sights far enough left to fix the problem. Ideas?

What sights are on it?

You may be able to fix it with something like a Williams firesight with the rear aperture that has both windage and trajectory adjustments.

Otherwise, a red dot or a scope.

Scope....I had 2 835's and 2 of my buddies have 835's.  We all had to go to scopes to get the POA/POI the same.

I got a SumToy last year for my 870 SM.  I shoot HS#13 3.5 2.25 #7 and get 230-250 at 40 yards.  My is a .647 and marked ST-12.
