As I already said this is the lightest 20 gauge ive ever held.
  Gun felt and preformed great.

I shot about 20 cheepo shells then ran a rag trough the tube before switching to tss.
It cycled perfect. no misfires or jams.
I didn't count but at 30 yards i got maybe 90% (or more) #9 in a ten inch circle using a .555 Indian Creek' .
  Very happy with that.
2 things I dont really like but I can work with.
1: Trigger is heavy. I already spoke with a gun smith so that'll be addressed soon.
2: The safety is verry accessible ,smooth and quiet but because of its size i can feel it on the base of my trigger finger. I dont think there's anything I can do there. It just seems odd. But again its workable.

Overall its a sweet little gun.

Sounds good did you shoot at 40yds,some people claim the factory turkey choke does really good.I have heard the Federal #9s like a tight choke.

no i didnt try the factory choke with the tss at all.
I didt do 40 either. after getting it sighted in at 30 i figgered id save my tss. i know its a killer at 40yds even 50 .

Rio Bandito

I ran 2 boxes of target loads through mine last weekend. No cycling issues and smooth as can be. Really like the way the gun fits. If I can find what shells it likes, me and this little gun are gonna get along just fine :you_rock:

Looking at the exploded diagram of the gun, it looks very similarly built to my 3500. I'll probably rip both apart in the next couple weeks and clean them up. Get all the factory stuff off the 3020 and get all the waterfowl season off the 3500.

Not sure who is the first on here to harvest a bird but I got one on the 12th.  45 yards. I skinned the birds neck and head to see and there was a least a dozen in the neck and head. none in the breast. so for me that gun pattered perfectly. I still say the trigger is too heavy but honesty in the moment I didn't even notice.

I've been debating about this gun. I have another m3020 that I really like.

And you are shooting a IC 555 with what loads.

Looks good I didn't know Federal offered a 1 5/8 oz load of 9s ,I hope to shoot my 1st with mine in TN in the morning if I can stand the noise of the Cicadas. It is very hard to soft call with all that noise.

my mistake .. i fixed it.   im gonna try a different choke next year . i think at 30 i would like it a smidge tighter.
