I have reported poor customer service from Bushnell on a rangefinder and Trophy Cam in the past so I will report the good as well. I sent in a Trophy Cam about two weeks ago that I purchased last October because it had stopped working with a $10 check for return postage as requested. I did not have the purchase receipt or any proof of purchase. I shipped it about two week ago. I received a brand new one today, no charge. This is exactly what they should have done since the warranty period is two years and the 8 MP version has been in production less than two years. When I called the lady was very friendly and helpful and the turnaround was very fast. I was expecting a post card to let me know they received it and would evaluate in 6 - 8 weeks like they have done in the past. It was refreshing to be treated like a customer after buying a $200 camera. :z-winnersmiley:

I had an old Bushnell Yardage Pro that didn't laser right. I called them and they told me to send it in and they would look at it.  So I sent it in and they said it didn't work right so they sent me an email with a coupon for $50.00 off for a new one.  I called them and told them I wanted another one (same model). I paid $130.00 for it and now this new one won't laser any farther than 200 yards. I tried to email them a while back and never recieved an answer. I guess i'll have to call them this time.
