Kansas Fall Season Suspended

Just read that Kansas has suspended the fall Turkey season to prevent further decline in population.  A bold move I hate to see, but hard to argue with. I'd love to see the numbers rebound in the years to come.

Yeah that decision was made months ago. Trying to figure out why it is making news now.
