I complained to the a few years ago about my Jake leaking and they sent me a couple for free as warranty

I've gotten replacement valves for them and it still didn't fix the problem of it leaking down... It's something you just have to live with, turkeys don't seem to mind either way if it's full of air... The ones i got were free also from them...

Mine haven't had a problem leaking from the air valve.  Mine had a SLOW leak from the stake hole.  Mainly from inside where the screw attaches the stake hole to the top of the decoy.  There's a fix for it by using a few drops of super glue inside the stake hole where the screw comes inside.  With patience, it will take care of most of the problem.

I'll add the stems didn't fix my leak either, like greg

Yea, probably wouldn't fix mine either. I didn't have a leak, just yanked the core all the way out by accident, now when I reinsert it, it leaks. May just drill the hole out and stuff a real valve stem in it all cemented up!  ;)

Have had the same problem as others with the leak around the stake insert and had luck with various rubber cements/glues. Even tried the tire slime in the valve stem once. Worked for a bit.

Sometimes you just have to deal with having a deflated rubber chicken...

How many cans did it take ? Thanks CJ

I pulled out my Avian X's today.  A couple hens were a little soft, so I added some air and leak checked with water.  As suspected, both had very small leaks at the screw, inside the tube.  No problem, removed the air pressure, turned them on their back and used some gorilla glue inside the tube at the screw and their good to go.

It has been several years since I did this but thinking only 1 can. It did make the decoy heavy but stays "inflated" now.
