Apex Customer Service

Hey guys I just have a quick question in regards to Apex ammunition customer service. On Monday 2nd of January I placed an order for 4 boxes of shells. The money was taken out of my personal account, but I never received an email confirmation that my order was placed. When I log into my Apex account it just says processing. I have an order number and I reached out through email to them and provided all order information on Wednesday 4 January and called this morning 6 January. When I called I left a voicemail but still have not heard back from them. Now I have ordered from them before with absolutely no issues so I am not trying to bash them. Just wondering if there is something going on that I do not know about. Has anyone else encountered this issue before? Thanks for any info you may have.

Maybe just a fluke on your order.. I ordered some 28GA shells last week and got the confirmation a day later.. and got the package yesterday. They even included the shells in a nice Apex wooden ammo box with a thank-you card which I thought was really cool.
I also emailed this AM a question about availably on some other shells and got a response an hour later.

Yeah like I said not bashing them, and have ordered quite a bit with no issues. Just trying to see what's going on.

I had the same issue with a order a couple months ago. They said they had been having trouble with the system a d found my order and got it straight that day. Apologized over the phone and my package was at the house 3 days later.

I've ordered from them at least three times with no problems.  BTW - I used a Capital One card on one order and got a decent discount but that may have been a one time thing.  The Capital One shopping app is always sporadic.  Worth looking into maybe.  I really like the Apex turkey loads in both .410 and 12 ga.  Good luck.

Just wanted to update this thread. Apex made everything right. My order was completed on Friday and shipped this morning. Like I said I was not in anyway talking bad about them. Just didn't know if anyone had recently placed an order and had the same situation. Thought it might be due to the holidays. Thanks for all the replies and help.
