Longbeard #6's will add you about 15-20 pellets to that pattern....TSS #9s will add you about 200 and hit with the same energy as those #5's....

True but can't shoot TSS out of the RSF. Well it says lead only at least.

Yes you can.  I've been shooting it through mine for years.  I prefer it over the sumtoy or the ic.

I have an Indian creek .555, it patterns extremely well from my sa-20, however it is getting some gouges in the wad catchers from the TSS.

Indian creek said it was normal and so far the patterns are still good, but it must be an issue at some point?

Dont count out jebs, this was a 565 out of my youth 870. But I do want to pick up a 562 sumtoy in the next few weeks to try

I have both IC and Sumtoy.  Shooting handloaded TSS 8, 8.5. 8x9 both do very well. Just pick your poison.
