I'd lean toward Alabama due to the limit of 5 per year and knowing there's some sho nuff killers living there. (many who can't count)

Alabama, but with the bottomless tags in Wisconsin a guy could easily kill 100 in a couple of years if they had the time and places to hunt.

One of my personal current interests is nest predators and how a majority of hunters, where legal bait to the extent of chumming coons.  However once they get the predators concentrated they don't control them.
