I know that a lot of people are frustrated with the changing of the patterens with the #7's but I do get great results and have been very happy with them. That being said I had bought 12 boxes this spring a little overkill sure but I like to shoot at paper and generally have 6-8 tags a spring so why not.

Well I have one box that the crimping on the end of the shell caved in the shot and what looks to be seeds of some sorts that they use for buffering come rolling out of the end. Well I smeared a little hot glue on one of them and killed a bird at 47yards stone dead and the others I was a little nervous on how much shot I lost so I emailed Envirometal this morning and within a hour they returned my email and want to know lot #'s size of shell and where I purchased them and they are going to send me out a new box asap. I am always one for customer service and I thought they really stepped up in this situation.

Glad to hear that EM stepped up to the plate on the leaky shells.  :icon_thumright:

I had some of my shells that the crimp was concaved and others were convexed. I was a little worried about them but after patterning, no more worries. Oh, the first thing I did was to reseal all of the shells as soon as I took them out of their boxes

Neal this is what I have found to be the way they handle things also. Glad it was taken care of.

Dang!  I guess I complained to 'em too soon about it.  All I got was a hat.   :-\

I had a problem with the 2.25 oz 6's leaking buffer a couple years back and they sent some new shells at no cost. I glued the ends of the ones I had and they still shot fine.

both my boxes of 7's and magblends lost the glue and leaked buff.. killed 3 birds so i guess it was fine but i cant say i was impressed at the glue they use to hold the crimp in....
