How to post picture from phone on forum?

  Im a idiot when it comes to posting pictures but it seems like this is the only forum i cant post a pic from my phone on.  I get on the forum from my phone and try and attach a image and it says its too big.  I know im doing something wrong can somebody give me some help lol. Its a I phone if that matters.

ive tried resizing it on my phone and it says cant upload that type of file. When i dont resize it says its too big. This is the only forum ive ever had trouble posting a pic on.

Had the same problem and someone helped me out today. Go to Google Play store and download Tapatalk them follow Old Gobbler you will be able to post pics through the Tapatalk app.
