Hey guys, does anyone remember watching "King of the Spring"? I really liked that show. I am normally not the hunting show watcher though.

Tail Feathers

I haven't seen it in awhile, but they have some good hunting footage amongst all the talking.
Love to hunt the King of Spring!

Haven't seen anything from them lately either, but always seemed pretty good...compared to most of the others.

I was just watching them on YouTube. Pretty good show.

I love turkey videos.  The drurys always put out good ones.  If you havent seem them yet the hunting public has a pretty good turkey series on youtube.

I heard them on a podcast one time day they quit doing it because it was too demanding and wore them out or something like that. Basically it was awesome but was such a huge undertaking. It might have been their old podcast they did with wired to hunt but I can't remember what it was called. Just looked it up. It was called "100% wild"

Last year all of their old stuff was on their "Deer Cast" app. I deleted it because you had to start paying to use it. Not sure how much it costs or if the videos are still free.

I used to own/watch a lot of the Drury and Primos video's on VHS when I first started hunting, they did some great stuff. I also liked Tom Mianda's bow hunting stuff as well as Rodger Raglin for about anything. Not much for hunting video's or TV anymore, I prefer the way they used to be done as far as the music or the lack thereof which is what I prefer, I would rather hear the sounds of nature and now they all have rock and roll or pop rock aka modern country playing and I just don't care for the majority of it. That and people acting over the top when they get something, be excited but show the animal some respect.

Them And Primos were the guys I cut my teeth on back in the late 80's early 90's... pretty much the pioneers for outdoor television
