Checking in to see who is still out and about. I have been trying to help a buddy get his bird and my son still has a tag. Who else is getting after them?

I still have tags for Wisconsin and Minnesota. I may hit Wisconni on sat. other wise I head down to SE MN May 11th, on May 13th I start my season here in MN. I'll have 10 days of hunting/scouting in for ghillie when he gets here May 19th for 3 days of trout fishing/morel picking/turkey hunting/camping.

I just got back from Wyoming and South Dakota. I did not get an upgrade bird but I didn't think that would happen. I still have two tags left to fill. I have a IL 5th season and I will also be hunting WI 6th season so hopefully I can still get an upgrade bird for the team.

My season ended May 1st.  But from the looks of things you guys are pulling the rope pretty tight on the competition.  Anyone have any hookups were I maybe able to get on 1 of these Midwest giants next year.  Good luck to everyone still hunting and be safe.
Turkeys are as smart as hunters make em and public land offers more classes.

I am still after it.. I have one more tag in TN and two in VA. We have this weekend and next. I killed a bird Sunday but not an upgrade. Good Luck everyone.  :anim_25:

I've got a few more days left. And 1 more tag. I didn't get to hunt as much after work this year as I wanted.  Due to starting a new job they've had me working a little over time during the week. Guess that's better than the weekend's.

Jayhawkeye

i have until the end of May to fill my NE tags.  it's only 2 hrs away; so, i'll make as many trips i can until the end of the season.

Anytime anyone wants to come to MN, I have plenty of land to share. Accommodations ranging from camping to motels to houses depending on what part of the state. Non resident tag is like 85 bucks for one bird. But be prepared to hunt ballz to the wallz.  :gobble:

I have one Iowa tag and two missouri tags and a Kansas tag yet. Hopefully fill my Iowa tag this weekend then going to try to make it out to Kansas.

If anyone wants to hunt Iowa or Nw Missouri let me know we can chase some birds! Joshua you are welcome to come up.

Was suppose to go to WI this week, but the father in law suffered another stroke the day before I was suppose to go, so that killed going to WI. He seems to be holding his own right now, so if nothing changes with his condition, the wife gave me the go ahead to hunt MN. starting this Sunday.  I hate these 5 day seasons some of our northern states have, like MN. and WI.!!

Thanks fellas.  I will be in contact about a future hunt for sure.  Always wanted to say I hunted in the land of the giants. As for this year, you guys just keep rockin some heads.
