I am not sure if many others know this and I tried to find a post about him. November 10th of this year pappy was called back home. I only found this out Christmas eve while sitting in my deer blind thumbing thru Facebook. I am surely going to miss him, he was a good call maker and friend and pastor to me at times. We shall all see you again my friend one day....keep making them calls up in heaven from the clouds...

Gobble!

I didn't have many dealing with him but when I did he seemed like a great person. He will be missed.

He was a very kind and helpful person , helped me alot with advice many...many times -and I wasn't the only one here he gave sound advice to or was a friend when you needed the most --- you guys were a part of his family , he really enjoyed making calls and the satisfaction that came with it

I talked to Pappys wife today on the phone  to send my deepest sympathies,  and tell her how much he had helped me and the rest of us all here for years ...she is hanging in there the best she can  , the grandkids miss him very much ...unfortunately her brother passed away the next day after pappy so she has has had alot to deal with -I asked her if it was okay if I checked back in with here from time , and she said that would be welcomed -I plan on keeping in touch with her from time to time  and make sure she is doing well , she has grandkids to keep a eye on , grandkids are a blessing

It's hard to overcome the loss of a loved one ,  Jack is in Heaven now ...I will miss him here...hope to see him again

Pappy was a very talented man. He was a heck of a nice man too.

He will be dearly missed. Always welcomed questions.

Only talked with him a time or two, was hoping to buy a tube call from him eventually. Seemed like a nice guy.

Sorry to hear that. He was a fantastic craftsman and a very personable fella. From he first time I called him out of the blue it was like visiting with an old friend. Prayers for his family as i know he will be greatly missed by them.

Pappy and myself had this running joke that he knows God personally and when my time came to get into heaven I would need he stamp on my forehead to get thru the gates
