I've tried a ton of vests and after using this one last spring, it is the best one for me, love the layout and the light weight.

Anyway, $46 is a great price on this vest.

I picked up the tenzing a couple weeks ago. I like it from what I can tell. Can't wait to get in the woods with it and see what I think!

Enlighten me, please. I have never seen a Tenzing in person, so what is the purpose of the three yellow sewn I don't know what to call them on the back of this vest?

That is a great question. I have no idea and have been wondering the same thing myself. If anybody knows I'm curious too.

Not sure the exact point of them, but I always thought they were used for carabiners/clips to hold extra stuff.

So they are bright yellow synthetic straps sewn into loops then? In the photos it appears they are fully sewn to the pack, but if not I can buy into the loop for extra stuff theory. Thanks for the insight Sixes.

Does seem odd to put such a brightly colored accent on a bag intended to be fully camo to avoid detection by a wild turkey.

To the OP, this is a good deal on this vest, and thanks for sharing!

Yes, they are loops. I could see clipping stuff to them.

I've been turkey hunting for over 40 years and used several different vests during that time and this Tenzing TZ-TV-18 vest is by far the lightest, most comfortable and is the most well designed turkey vest I've ever worn!
