Looked like a good ole MS cookin till I noticed something outta place there.  Anyone else from the South see it?

I'd have to say you are also a winner Jbird - even though you didn't notice the milk.  The sweet nectar is fine indeed.  I actually got lucky enough to duck hunt with Paul McIlhenny himself several years ago.  He also cooked up the days harvest and that was even more of a treat.  I have a signed bottle on my shelf here at the office and it's aging nicely! 

If you ever get the chance, there's another that is absolutely awesome.  Panola makes it and it's a Cajun Jalapeno Hot Sauce.  Used to could buy it at Wal-Mart for 37 cents a bottle.  I bought every bottle I could find and could find it anymore.  The wife bought me a case for Christmas a few years back and now it's all gone.  GOnna have to make a trip across the river and pick up some more.  It is fine stuff!

Well, that and............   I spotted a glass of milk!  I grew up in the Midwest and we always, always drank milk with every meal.  Since moving to the South 28 years ago it's always sweet tea or an icy, malty adult beverage.  My younger brother who has never left the Midwest still drinks milk with every meal.  Only time I drink milk is breakfast and with sweets like cake or cookies.

Hot sauce and tea here in the South are like Salt and Pepper anywhere else.  Don't leave home without it!

I eat Tabasco on about everything, even put some on a doughnut once by mistake, was not half bad.
