I've gotten into making/putting together pot calls. So far i've made 3 from precut pots from different guys. A black/gray slate over glass sounds great. A green slate over glass also sounds good. and a glass over glass im happy with. And i forgot one i broke out didn't like the sound of it at all.

Here's the question i have a 3.5" red slate and a cherry pot thats done. And 2 slate and 2 glass sound boards coming tomorrow with another precut pot i need to finish. I also have a glass playing surface 3.5". So a red slate and glass playing surface with both slate and glass sound boards. How would you put them together?

Given your current inventory, I'd put the slate sound boards in next. I have a slate/slate pot call that is really sweet.   :z-twocents:
A quality paddle caller will most run itself.  It just needs someone to carry it around the woods. Yoder409
