Keeping Box Calls Quiet

I used pony tail holders for a while, one loop around the lid and then a twist with the second loop around the box, worked very well.  Recently I have made them from paracord, like the old single strand adjustable bracelets.  Gives you one loop to go under and over the lid and one to go around the box and draw it tight.  I'll try to post a pic tonight.
LJ, I'd like to see a PIC if you can swing it.  I've got plenty of paracord on hand.  I tried the toddler socks but there is a lot of chalk coming off on the sock.  It definitely keeps the box as quite as a mouse but too much chalk is coming off on the sock and I know the more you slide it off and on it the more chalk will come off.  I may just go back to the Primos Lockjaw.
