Due to the diversity of my hunting terrain, I found out YEARS ago that using a vest with a "lounger" built in is critical in helping me stay out a long time. I do occasionally run and gun, but found that for me, sitting in an area I know they like to go and waiting them out is far more effective and doesn't spook birds like stomping through leaves and crossing pastures.

SO I am in the market for a new vest and came across this. I have never seen one in person and just ordered it from Cabela's. I did see the Tenzing packs at Bass Pro Shop and the build quality is AMAZING. They didn't have this model with the kickstand legs, so I am going off of faith and all the positive reviews. I hope it is as good as it looks and sounds. Lots of great endorsements and looks extremely comfortable!

Anybody have one of these?

I wouldn't have ordered from Cabelas. Too pricey. I know no one who bought the legs n kept them in. Last year I bought the same pack without the legs. It was 130 bucks I think. The vest is well made, the only thing I don't like is the pockets are small. Other than that maybe too well made for very hot days. Other vests have thinner material, not my style as I don't want something ripping way in somewhere. I think you got a good vest but shoulda ordered on Amazon. They have it 229, Cabelas is prob more

I understand your point. The link I posted was the cheapest I saw, it was from Amazon. I am getting a special deal at Cabela's and a one time price that is lower.

Looks interesting.
Make sure you let us know your review of it when you get it.

Hope you like it. I loved my tenzing pack but will never buy another do to them being owed by plano synergy now.

Look at the Cabelas vest with the kickstand. I've had mine for two years and absolutely love it. The kickstand/frame works just as well against a tree as it does with nothing.

$230? I didn't pay that much for my shotgun. But to each their own.
