I've now tried the Deadringer beard buster and Williams firesights on my 11-87 20 gauge. Neither sight will adjust enough to overcome how far right my gun is shooting. I'm close but still 3 inches or so off at 40 yards. Would probably still kill the bird but I want it centered. This gun is smoking with HW 7's and Carlson 575. Really don't want to go to a fast fire due to cost but what else can I do??? Thanks

Try a different choke, like the factory full choke and see if that too shoots right, while you're at it try a field load too with each choke.  That test will tell you what to do next - change the choke tube, change the barrel, or new gun...

Also make sure the barrel if fully seated in the receiver, and the mag cap is tight - that can play havoc on your patterns.

I had a Mossberg 500 that shot 4 inches left and 2-3 inches low regardless of the choke, and like you the fiber optic sights I affixed to the rib couldn't overcome the issue.  So I ended up with a new Winchester 1300 to fix the problem.
A quality paddle caller will most run itself.  It just needs someone to carry it around the woods. Yoder409

I know a fella who had a issue with his shooting over a foot high one time. Said he very carefully put a floor jack under the center of it, strapped both ends down, and bowed it up with the jack until it was close. Seems like it'd be something I'm hesitant to do. It was an old 870 barrel.

If you like the gun enough to keep it, get it to a gunsmith. Could be as simple as a minor stock adjustment. What we think is lined up often times isn't. I'm not implying that the fault lies with you in any way. It's just like looking through a scope. What's straight to me may not be straight to you. What actually level may not be straight to either of us.

I dealt with that with my benelli...tried everything you can imagine. I finally bit the bullet on the FF and it fixed the problem

I would try a different choke and scope the gun if it keeps shooting off center...
