I have the opportunity to purchase one of these vests at a good price and it's only been worn twice. I don't really need it, but you know the turkey addition. Anybody use these and like them?

I think I used to have one, has the external frame? it was comfortable but I didn't like the pockets/locations.  My advice, if the price is right, buy it!  There used to be posts all the time of people looking for that vest, you might be able to make a buck.  I sold mine for a good price on here as few years ago and it had been worn and hunted hard in for a few years

Genesis 27:3 - Now then, get your weapons—your quiver and bow—and go out to the open country to hunt some wild game for me.

From the pics I can't tell if it has an external frame. I did a bit of Googling and it seems they were certainly a good vest a few years back and not made anymore.

Ive got a framed one , very nice for a backrest. A little difficult to get right up against a tree though.
Pockets could be better but mine has a good box call pocket and shell holders.
Is really good for hauling one out , the frame takes the weight off your back. It is a very rugged vest.

I hunted out of one for over 10 years. Loved it. Never had a problem setting up against a tree. That is why it had the external frame. Never figured I had to set in front of one. Great for setting up in a clump of bushes!! Didn't ever worry about the pockets either. They held everything I needed, if not, that back game bag did.

Thanks for the replies fellas. I'm going to check it out this weekend and see if it fits me.
