90s here in Athens, Ga. Will be hot and unpleasant until cooler days start in Sept., with the best weather of the year the whole month of October. Actually, the primo weather extends through all of Oct. and until about Thanksgiving. I am betting the same weather pattern is present in that part of SC.

It hits as high in the 90s and humid in NY on occasion. I was in Newport News VA this past weekend and experienced the southern steam bath. It was so nasty that the Virginians refused to go out.

Been mid to upper 80's(some 90's) with lots of humidity here in NE Iowa. Looks like next week is going to be a scorcher. They are forcasting mid to upper 90's with lots of humidity. They are saying it is suppose to be the hottest we have seen in several years.

New York was 90 yesterday. More today and we need rain.
