Hey Fellas, my Wife got me a box call "kit" for my birthday this year. She had the neighbor laser engrave it and it looks really cool. Don't know how it's going to sound but it is more of a keepsake as it was my 50th birthday. My question is do you seal/ stain the wood and what would you use for the glue? And do you seal it before or after assembly? I believe it is cedar. Thanks for any info you can pass along. Will post up picks when I get it done. It might take awhile as she had him engrave the lid on the curved side instead of the flat lol! Neither one knew the curved side is on the bottom and makes the sound so he is going to re-do it, along with another she got engraved for my Son and some friends. Thanks again......mike    ( OOPs I just realized I posted this in the wrong forum, I should have put it in the callmaking forum.)
