Shoot, did you see the Gibson box that went for over $27,000 a few weeks back? That is a pretty yelper though.

WyoHunter

That's a pretty call but out of my price range!   :icon_thumright:
If I had a dollar for every gobbler I thought I fooled I'd be well off!

Wolfpack

I'm surprised she lasted so long on E-Bay, they are a bunch of left coast
liberals, need I say more.

By the way $27,000 is far from the top price paid for a turkey call.
A Henry Davis Yelper is reported to have sold for in excess of $50,000
The actual top price is $100,000 for a Henry Davis scratch box to a private
collector who I believe wants to remain anonymous.

It's not there any more, but I wouldn't ever buy anything from Frank Cox.

lmbhngr

Agree-- I wouldn`t buy anything from him either.

I have had my differences with Frank in the past. I have one of his Calls. and would buy a call from him, but can assure you that I'm on his Do not sell to list, and would never ask anyway.

To give the Devil it's due He is a talented Callmaker.

Rember when we are all dead and gone nobody will care anyway.
