Luck was on my side for sure.  I am in SE Arkansas and our bird population is pitiful.  I heard very few birds this year, but was fortunate to call in almost every bird I heard into gun range with the exception of a few....my shooters couldn't connect for one reason or another.
This year is going to suck!!!

One of my personal current interests is nest predators and how a majority of hunters, where legal bait to the extent of chumming coons.  However once they get the predators concentrated they don't control them.
