'FREE' choke tube has found a home.

Wanted to add, I also had a similar thing happen. Asked for a choke, offered to pay but Clif Owen sent me one free of charge. Sent 3 to be exact. Told me to keep whichever worked and give others away. Well, done did that. Never seen the likes of good people on a forum like this place. Love it.

I bought a FF from Clif and the mail ended lagging and I had to send him another check, long story short he ended up with two checks on the same day. He called me and shredded one, great guy.

If it is still available I would like to try it in my nephews gun with 18 1/2 in barrel. If it doesn't shoot good in his gun I will put it right back on here for someone else.

Which reminds me, if you're still not totally satisfied with the patterns you're getting, let me know and I'll get that thing headed that way. My sx2 has been moved to the small game and trap line at this point anyway.

the choke is in the mail making it's way to a young hunter.   I truly hope it does a GREAT job in his gun and creates lot's of good memories.  Thank everyone for the positive comments.  I think 'passing it on' and keeping young ones involved is just a small way we as hunters can help our love for the outdoors stay healthy.  I have 4 grandchildren and I've been building them a line of hunting guns ever since they were born.  now granted the older 2 are only 4 years old so it's gonna be a while before we're sharing the woods together but you know what?, there's no guarantee they'll be able to hunt much less buy a firearm when they're adults. I at least want them to know Ol Pa-Paw tried.
