Aging a bird

hey, as long as he has a full fan.... he's a mature bird in my book. don't get me wrong, long spurs get me as amped as the next guy, but as long as he has a full fan, Im excited to hunt him. 2 year olds have made for some of my most action packed hunts. They tend to put on "the show" for me more than any other aged bird!
