Spring Allure Leopardwood pot...

Got this one in the mail from Ricky last week, it's a Leopardwood slate over glass. Now, slates aren't generally my favorite, but this one is killer.  Can soft talk, yelp like a champ, and produces some awesome sharp clucks and purrs.  By easing the pressure off of the striker a bit it can also produce some awesome rasp.  All around great pot, thanks for looking...

YA I LOOKED UP THE HARDNESS ON THIS WOOD AFTER I RECEIVE SOME REALLY NICE FIGURED BOARDS

Just looked it up, it is 840 on the Janka hardness scale...

Well 840 is not very high.  Cedar is 900. Would not think it would be a difficult wood to work, but no idea.
