Got to tell this story , Few years back a group of friends and I were flying back from Texas after a successful hunt and my buddy Doug got short straw and was using a cheap flexible cooler bag to bring about 20 lbs. of frozen meat back as a carry-on. Going thru security in Lubbock they asked what he was carrying and he told them frozen turkey and of course got a bunch of sideways looks. Places the cooler on the belt for x-ray and goes through the metal detector and alarms galore go off. Girl pulls him out and we look and he is wearing cargo shorts with about 20 pockets on them and each pocket has metal buttons. The security girl is looking at him like REALLY ? and of course we are standing back giving encouragement and yelling cavity search , cavity search . She gives him the once over with the wand and just shakes her head and waves him on telling him if we are his friends then he has a lot more problems than security. We all got a good laugh and we probably remember that more than the hunt. Good luck on your trip...
