If any of you have 21 inch calves or larger and wear
Snake Boots that fit let me know.

We big fellas have it rough in many areas of hunting apparel.
(Took me FOREVER to fing good quality rubber hunting boots to fit my "COWS"!) ;)

As far as snakes, these may help and be a cheaper alternative as well.

Russell Moccasin Co in Wisconsin will build you a custom pair ( to your foot and leg measurements)..

Top quality and long life. I am in my 11th year on my second pair of Russell Turkey Hunter Lite boots. Spendy at first, but amortized over the life of the boot you are looking at a great return on your investment.

Second that with Russell Moccasin. Bought mine new in 88. I've re soled them once and they are still going strong. They are not cheap, and it takes a while to get them, but I can't say enough about them. Lots of gear has changed since I got them in 1988, but they are the best.

I feel your pain....I got some Lacross slip ons late last season on sale that seem to be doing well for me.  I have been wearing them around getting them broken in.  My only issue with them is that the strap keeps unsnapping and the tops are more open than I would like but I guess you cant have everything.

I have 23 inch calves and found gaiters to be most comfortable without breaking the bank. I wear them berry picking in the mountains mostly. They have held up well.
