I am about to fabricate a paper frame that will hold the roll.  Looking for ideas. What has worked/not worked for you.  Let's see some pics.  Thanks.
I'd rather be Drivin' > Disco.

Parrot Head

It doesn't hold rolls of paper.  I use old election yard signs to hold my paper.  Just clip them on and they are easy to move.

I use a 4x4 pallet with a 2x4 wedged between the boards to prop it up. Takes a few seconds to put up and take down. I staple the paper to it after cutting it off the roll. I built one a few years a go with a roll holder and it ended up being to heavy. Sorry, I don't have pics of it, but will take some this weekend of my pallet as I plan on heading to the range this weekend.

FullChoke

I made a 2'x3' frame out of 2x2's and staple the pre-cut and pre-marked paper to it. I can either prop it up at the range or find a stick and prop it up if I am shooting in the field. Lightweight, cheap and easy.

Good luck

Outside of a dog, a book is a man's best friend. Inside of a dog, it's too dark to read.

It is sch 40 steel pipe and it does hold up.  it should last a very long time.
