Hit the knocks on my new arrows at 30 yards after not shooting for 7 months. Lucky or good?

if every group looked like that one then I'd say ya ain't half bad.

I haven't shot in months neither. I used to shoot about 300 days a year but ever since this shoulder surgery I had, I just don't shoot as much..

I remember about 7 months after my surgery I had traded a pse Evo for an athens afflixtion, tuned it up in the dead of winter in the snow and got my bare shafts grouping with my fletched out to 30. Went to league thar night and won the money for bow hunter class. I went back the next week and came in 2nd. I sold the bow a couple months later, bought a bowtech experience, set it up and hunted with it last fall and haven't shot it since.

Im abiut to jump back in where I left off..been on the sidelines too long. Gonna have to drop my poundage a little and find something a little easier on the shoulders. Should have kept thst athens. It was loud. Just couldn't get last thar. Had some sort of weird cable containment system on that model and that's where all the noise came.from. drove me crazy

I'm very very seriously considering the expedition perfection and prime rival.

sorry for the long winded post..i love archery and I miss it dearly. it just kills my shoulder to shoot any more. Hell if it rains my arm will ache all day. as bad as I hate to say it I may have to go back to mathews. I had a helim..them are the ugliest bows I've ever seen in my life but they sure are easy to pull and hold.

ok now that I got thwt outta the way.. good shootin. What'd ya get?? im hoping it was one of the bows I'm looking at but something tells me it's gonna be one of them ugly mathews. Lol jk

I don't know all the names for them but they have 3, maybe 4 bows built off that riser now

The knight was the original and was a 2 track binary cam system

Now they have 2 models dual yokes. one is an Eva Shockey signature edition that goes to 28.5" draw which would only make sense for a man to buy this bow if his draw is 28.5 or less because the bow will be more efficient using more of the cam.

And if I'm not mistaken they also made a 2 track system that had a disk like the dual yoke cams.

I swear to god if I was gonna buy one of these for myself i woukd get the Eva Shockey edition..my dl is 28.75 on the money but I set it up .5" shorter for hunting. Don't like the "blue" cams, I'd much rather have pink I had my choice of the 2 but what the hell. I've spent countless hours (back before I realized that once you're gettin 310 fps out of a hunting arrow was plenty fast and then some) tweaking every thing to pick up a couple fps here and a couple there.

I tore my shoulder all to hell and had surgery and couldn't shoot #70 any more..i got a hca speedpro.x10 to hit 338fps with 4" helical feathers and a buzz cut out front.
right after my surgery I also got 294 fps out of mathews helim set on 54 pounds.

"If" I can find somebody wanting 2 part with a left handed #50-60 prime rival then I will have a new bow myself this year. If I can't find the deal I  want I will probably wait ans see what they release for 2016 and still probably end up with a rival.

This is the two track binary cam. If it hadn't of hit the knocks the group would have been tighter. Scary part is I did this twice in a row and hit two knocks with the second and third arrow! If I had broadheads on the arrows I would have destroyed at least 4 arrows. What can I say, the bow shoots better than I do.
