Does anyone have any recent experience with these reservations?  Wondering how your hunt went, costs, guide recommendations and whether you would recommend it?

Thinking about going next year.

Thanks

I hunted the Winnebago a few years ago. The map that marked out where you could hunt wasn't overly clear to me and I didn't feel like the area was well marked that I was 100% confident I was on land I was supposed to be on  except for a couple of spots.  Unfortunately, it seemed like there were a good number of other hunters in one of the areas.  I had gotten in way early and set up within 50 yards of a gobbler my second morning, only to have a clown come down the ridge when it was half light out and bump him.  He proceeded to go on down the ravine to another gobbling bird and probably bumped him as well.  I was a greenhorn at the time, but had some interactions with birds the first weekend, and I actually killed my first tom ever there the next Saturday in a different spot that was less crowded and only saw one other pair of hunters who were parked well away from the area I hunted. I hunted the first 3 week season, and the birds were still pretty grouped up.  It's a great option to get a real early start, and I would probably consider hunting there again if I had a better map or better marked roads so I felt comfortable not being confined to a couple spots on a large reservation.

Also note the roads are in rough shape and
