2015 ugliest turkey entree

My son shot what might be the ugliest turkey of the season. He saw it through his binos in a cow pasture 400 - 500 yards out. It came to his calling, flying over a brush pile and down a ditch. It then beat up his jake decoy and mounted his hen. Thinking enough is enough and he has plenty of fans already, he shot this tailless tom. He called me on the phone as he was going to the bird and while we were talking, he realize it has a DOUBLE BEARD!!

A few years ago, I sneaked through the woods to set up my Pretty Boy on a ridge some 200 yards from a grass field where lots of gobbling was going on. It was around 8 a.m. and I was hoping to pull a gobbler from the group to my calling. After some 20 minutes, a gobbler popped up over the ridge some 25 yards away and I sent a load of #5 into the now-flopping tom. Upon inspection of the bird, he only had three tail feathers, probably my ugliest gobbler to date.

I don't know that I have ever seen one I thought was ugly when my foot was on his neck. LOL.
