Well sorry I have not been on here in awhile.. my computer crapped out a while ago and wiped out all my info...  I have no written down all the forums I am on  LOL...

Here is my bird,  did not gobble on the roost, thought it was going to be a wash, then the hens started cackling at me and wow, had a ton of birds come it.. Video will be out soon, not a lot of footage of the birds as the way I positioned my blind kept me under the top of the hill they were behind.. but it should be good anyway

It is a Sony HDR XR 500 V..  I do not have my external mic on in the pic. I also use a Sony HD CX 150 , its smaller and I use it for second angle shots.

I love the main camera, great quality, but the low light capability is limited. 120 GB internal hard drive is nice but when its cold, like 15 and lower it will not run, I have to put hand warmers on it.
