killed my second bird of the season this am.  I also have been looking at all the recipes on the recipe section.  I am hungry!  hahahahaha.  what do you think is the best way to freeze a breast?  have one soaking in the fridge right now and might freeze half of it?  thanks,   jesse

I just use water in a freezer bag, but vacuum packed is pry better on space, etc

I get it very dry and vacuum seal it...

I've pretty much stopped vacuum sealing. Now i wrap in plastic wrap and two layers of tin foil.

noisy box call that seems to sound like a flock of juvenile hens pecking their way through a wheat field

I take some of the turkey breast and slice it up and wrap in plastic wrap and frezzer paper. I also do the same with putting up just breast.  I then have turkey package for frying and breast for turkey jerky....if you have never made turkey jerky you don't know what your missing....make turkey jerky just like deer jerky...

Whatever you have it "soaking" in, get it out.  The only time you want it wet is if you're brining or marinating prior to cooking.
