My lab acts exactly like that. If he tears something up and I come in the room he goes and sits in the corner and sulks. I think it's a ploy so I go easy on him.

I've got one sitting on my left side right now that acts that way and will go hide in his kennel when I catch him doing something he knows he shouldn't.  He must know I'm talking about him because he just slipped off and balled up on the couch..........I wonder what he's been into upstairs?
