Quiet birds in bama

Me and my buddy Bama Turkey Hunter hunted hard this weekend and in two days we heard one gobble. In our club we are loaded with turkeys. We got on a group of them yesterday but never could get the hens to come out way. That happened twice yesterday. And today the woods were as dead as I've ever seen em. But good news is it can only get better. Won't be long and they'll be fired up.

I hunted national forest in maplseville Saturday. They gobbled good on roost. Went silent after fly down. Got one to gobble at 8 he came into about 100 yards strutted and gobbled for 30 mins then walked back the way he came. He gobbled at least 25-30 times. Just didn't want to take a ride in my truck.
