Does deep cleaning really make your pattern better

does it really make that much difference? has anybody compared normal cleaning against deep cleaning? how much better is the pattern

It slows you to go through a process of sjootig to find your guns sweet spot.  Sometimes that very clean some times its a few shots and some guns are more forgiving than other . You just have to try it to find out what your gun likes.

Yes, it will help. If not with the pattern then with consistency. I like know what is going on when I pull the trigger.
