No windag adjustment?

Turkey gun I bought has sights already on it but was noticing it looks like no adjustment for windag, just elevation. Does that seem right and if so is that a shim adjustment or should I just buy fully adjustable rear and replace it. If so what kind  Or would you replace w a scope

Pattern the gun if it's centered no worries. I have an SP-10 that for no reason that I can determine throws turkey loads a little left. It was a beaded gun(no sights) I put Wilson sights on it. To be honest I have no idea if they still make em, the gun was bought the first year Remington made em.
I'm not a scope guy, and def not a peep guy w turks. Darn things come bopping in n it seems like a heck of a thing to get their neck in the peep. I find open sights easier/faster as you can see sights and what's right next to it if the turkey does do that head bob thing.
Check it first though

Yeah I'm shooting this weekend but was wondering just in case it's not centered

Got a pic?

You could get s sight pusher or use a brass punch and hammer to move it if it is in a dovetail receiver.  You could do this on either the front or rear.

As others have said "shoot and see", in the likely event that you need windage adjustments. I like the TruGlo open sights or the William Unversal slug sights. The Scope thing is a personal preference, they are not for me. I've tried a traditional 4x scope and a FFIII didn't care for either. I'll take a good set of rifle type open sights over any other type of aiming device on my turkey guns.

I was thinking the same thing about actually moving the sight of needed adjusting.

Tried to post a picture but says file too big. But the sight is just a regular sight but it flips down to flush w top of barrell, which I thought was kinda weird

i have the williams slugger sights that have el and windage adjustments.  I love them

I went with a Simmons scope oh a good 15+ yrs ago and haven't looked back. :OGturkeyhead:

I was given what sounds like a load of bull from Winchester. They say the gun doesn't need Windage adjustment bc the barrel is straight and the sights are placed directly in the center of the barrel so it will have a centered point of impact. Not sure I'm buying that but we will see Saturday

Big Treble

It's possible it may not.  Shoot it and see, but i would take be prepared to move them or you may wish to add another style.
