1940 lynch world champion box

Trying to find some info on this call and get some insight into its value. It was given to me by a coworker and I can find next to nothing online. Posted it in turkey calls section but I got no response.

I've got one my grandpa purchased from ML Lynch when he stopped through Stamps, AR and was selling calls out of this trunk.  This was post WWII, around 1948 or so.  Call has been valued at $800 or so although it isn't for sale!!  I'd say that call is worth somewhere in that range, if not a bit more.
