Hello,new member from Fulton NY.Broke in the new spring season this year with a 19 pound 8 1/4 inch beard 1 inch spur 2 year old.This is also my daughters first year and she's hunted twice this year.Both times I had the same group of 5 jakes in front of her.The first they were at 50 the second they were at 30.She decided to hold off for a closer shot so she didn't wound the bird because she was shaking like a leaf on a tree.Lots of great info and cant wait to put some of it to good useHeres a pic of last saturdays bird.Shot with a Charles daily 3 1/2,shooting hevi shot 5,6,7 blends at 40 yards.I just purchased a new Reminton 870 sps shurshot turkey model.Cant wait to get it bloody!!!
