Tru Glo- Great Customer Service Experience

I ordered a 2nd set of Tru Glo Pro Series iron sights for my Mossberg 935 recently.  I have a set on my BPS 10 ga. and really like them.  When I installed them I found the windage adjustment allen screw would not tighten or loosen...apparently bad threads.   I took the windage part off my Browning Pro Series sights and installed on the 935 to get me going so I could pattern the gun and sight in.   

I e-mailed Tru Glo customer service from their website this Sunday. Yesterday afternoon (Monday)  I rec'd an e-mail that they were sending me the replacement part out right away.

That's the kind of Customer Service I like to see, answer and solution the next day!

I have had two customer service experiences with Tru Glo and they were very good. I had to replace fiber optics in two separate sights and they shipped me the new parts , no questions asked and did so very promptly. Superior customer service !
