Harry S Truman lake, Missouri

I've been hunting Missouri now for the last several years around West Plains but this year I wanted to try around Truman lake. Does anyone have any useful info on places to stay near or on the lake so that I can keep my boat in the water.

Osage Bluff Marina is a good place.

I second Osage Bluff. Lots of good hunting in the area.

I've never hunted Truman, but if it is set up like Mark Twain lake, most of the surrounding ground is owned by the Army Corps of Engineers and is public hunting.  Your boat might be your best turkey hunting asset there.
