Hello everyone- I could really use some help here. I am looking at a remington 11-87 shurshot Super mag turkey gun. My question is what are they worth? It is in fantastic shape, has a rhino choke tube with it, and about 13 NITROS WITH IT...Can someone tell me where a good starting price point would be? I sure appreciate any input. THanks

I would break the items up , and sell them individually -if you want more for them wait till closer to spring time  when interest in turkey guns are greater

We can't sell firearms here, but you should be able to get $600 for the 1187 if its in excellent condition ( spring time) on gun broker

The chokes and ammo can be sold here , or the choke on eBay , a good rhrino in a desirable dia. Will get you at about $70 or more depending  , the nitros you will get full price for since they are hard to come by

Shannon - it sounds like he is looking to buy... not sell ?

Anyway.. I brought the same gun last year before season started, killed a few nice birds with it.  My opinion... it's the best 12ga turkey gun you can buy.  The Shurshot stock is the best.  I did a lot of testing with it... all I can tell you is any Jelly Head, Indian Creek, HEVI Shot choke will work great with that 23in barrel. .660 or .665 ...doesn't really matter.....numbers are all close.   The more important thing is the ammo.  Nitro are great from what everyone says..   I personally have never used them.  All I used was 3.5in HEVI #7 and was shooting close to 300 in the 10in @40yards.  It was devastating on gobblers.

I ended up selling the gun after season, I sold it for $675. It was in mint condition with less than 30 rounds shot.   I only sold it because I got another turkey gun ( Mossberg SA-20 turkey thug 20GA)   When I felt how light my new 20GA was.. I knew right then and there I would never carry the REM 12ga again.   Plus I can shoot 180 with my 20GA and Federal HW.  ( better than a lot of 12ga guns with lead)
