I.C. .660 or .670?

I'm looking at getting a new choke for a project gun i'm working on, H&R 12ga 3"chamber single shot topper deluxe w/ invector threading. any info on performance on the IC .660 or .670 choke? what would be the ups and downs on these constrictions for this gun? thank you, John
